Working principally within the business to business team, I worked on applications that allow management of restaurant and menu information. As part of a small development team using agile and xp development practices., I was initially recruited on a six month contract and received two contract extensions.

TopGear.com is the website from the world famous motoring entertainment brand. TopGear.com attracts over 2 million visitors and 20 million pageviews every month. My role was to lead a five man (two .Net developers and one or two front end developers) development team,using XP development techniques such as test driven development and pair programming.
I worked closely with the project manager,product team and editorial staff to estimate, prioritise and develop site enhancements and features. Working with an architect, I provided technical guidance to the other developers and was actively involved in the scrum process, and the transformation into a Kanban team. I also mentored the junior developers and helped them develop their skills.
